Six Week Results - Intermittent Fasting
So last week saw me almost recover from the bad week before. This week I set it to myself to ensure I did more exercise. And that I did.
I up the workouts to 3 this week which is still not ideal 5 would be great but finding time and effort can be hard. I have done a lot of walking this week so to make up for it.
I've stuck at the fasting religiously and it has paid off!

As you can see this is my biggest weight loss in one week (on par with week 2) of 1.8lbs loss. Also the biggest thin to see is my body fat percentage lowered by 0.3% bringing it below 27% !!!
A massive achievement for me was seeing me drop below the 14st barrier and i'm now 13st something!! This was just a mental goal i've achieved.
This week i'm going to try and stick at 3 exercise days and get as much walking in as possible again. Hopefully I can achieve good results again for week 7 next week!

i lost in 1 month and 2week 18 kg with diet 2 agg in morning and buckwheat at midday :) and evening only greaifrut, and 2.5 litter water : )) + 4 km in day runing - and 1000 skipping

I've done two 50 day fasts and for sure, one loses weight with liquids only. But, one can put it back on easily when after fasting. The key is to eat the right things at the right times of day......and not to be too rigid regarding food :-)

@joe01 and I have been discussing intermittent fasting recently! There are TONS of benefits even beyond weight loss. Have you noticed any other changes since beginning this fasting routine?
To be honest, I almost feel like i can wake up easier. I dont know if that is a thing but I feel i can jump out of bed and straight to work haha. One massive thing is my body shape has changed dramatically
Wow, that's so awesome!! I'm going to research to see if intermittent fasting commonly improves energy levels. I'd also like to know whether it ever helps reduce stress. I'll let you know if I find anything interesting! :)
Yeah the energy is definitely working for me. I wake up early each day with very little sleep and feel great. One coffee and i'm set for the day hahah

Nicely done sir :) Big fan of both intermittent fasting/and or keto/ low carb diets for weight loss. Doing some sort of fasting can benefit almost everyone in some way. Keep it up
