Year of the 🐀 is upon us.. I'm in the middle of moving house and have all my stuff packed away so I've got no groceries or means to cook said food. The food scene here is bleak over the holidays..
I've been kicking major ass with my food choices but today looks like a screw it day! Burger King it is lol.. Burgers ain't so bad minus the fries and coke.. I've had basically no sugar or any bs in a week and drinking 2 litres of water daily has definitely purified me and dumped any excess water retention.. I feel so much lighter and though I haven't measured myself I feel sure I've dropped a lbs this week.. Hell I may even just have the shroom burger instead of a whopper...
Yep I just had the shroom burger no fries, nor soda.. Twas high in sodium but nothing else I'll eat today will be salty. I had their salad which was burger toppings, terrible, why even put that on the menu? No dressing, no mayo I'm still under 1000 calories today..
Lazy though to do a workout..
Happy lunar new year ! The pig has left the building and the humble mouse has arrived.. In the distance I hear the drums of the lion dance and from my neighbors I hear the chitter chatter of hokkien and mandarin.. It's looking like a star trek afternoon but I might go play some disc golf 🤔 Perfect day for a joint but meh I've smoked enough weed for a few lifetimes..
