Here's an earwig sitting peacefully pondering the meaning of life.

Here's a pillbug slowly expanding from his ball. He wasn't cooperating too much for my macro shoot.

Here's another shot of the rolly polly.

Here's a two spotted ladybug plotting its next strike on the aphids.

Meanwhile the unsuspecting aphids are chilling having a great time feasting on milkweed.

The ladybugs should be fat and happy with this many hanging around.

Here's an earwig convention going on in the milkweed buds. They are meeting on how to keep the aphids out of their neighborhood and possibly hiring the ladybugs to clear them out.

These romantic assassin bugs offered to help the earwigs out since the lady bugs are booked until next spring.

The fly doesn't like all the drama.

But it has found a host to lay eggs in. Poor worm.

Now the worm will have baby maggots growing in its back. Poor thing

At least it will give birth to a bunch of flies lol. Happy #butterflyday
