Dear Diary,
It is another day of the week and I'm here to keep track of my day's activities as usual. Memories are always important and the Steemit platform helps us to keep it.

About a week ago I wrote a diary about my journey to my first official interview after my youth service and today I want to share with you all the outcome of the interview.

I have been working with the College of Education Akwanga Nasarawa State Nigeria as a part-time teacher for almost 3 years now and I have also been searching for other job opportunities though I haven't gone for an official interview since I started Job hunting.

Recently I had to go to Abuja for an interview with Microcima Africa and it happened to be the first ever. The interview that day ended well and we were told that they would get back to us. We stayed and hoped to receive mail or text messages from those who made it.

On Sunday evening I received a text message that said congratulations you have passed the first interview and I was expected to visit the office for documentation followed by collection of my appointment letter. The message can be seen from the screenshot below.

I was so delighted because out of the main people that went for the interview I was lucky to be selected as one of the qualified or successful candidates. I prepared myself through the night and then got all the required documents read and off I left the next day to the office for my documentation.

It was a beautiful moment for me because when I got to the place I saw that it was just 2 of us who succeeded and what gave me more joy was that I was deployed to serve in Akwanga Nasarawa State so I didn't need to come and start renting a new apartment in Abuja.

We were asked if we were ready to start the training immediately which is ideally supposed to last for a week but we said no because we didn't come with anything to the venue aside from our documents. So the management shifted the training to start the coming week and we were given all the needed forms to fill out and all that we needed to know about the upcoming training.

After everything I came back home tired because the form filling and documentation were very rigorous activities but the joy that I have gotten a job made me so happy. I'm sharing this with you all today so that you rejoice with me because God has finally remembered my cry through this appointment.

I wasn't only appointed but I was given the branch manager of Akwanga Local government area of Nasarawa State Nigeria. So it is a big position that comes with many responsibilities. I urge everyone reading through this post today to help me in prayers for God to grant me the grace to be able to carry out my task efficiently and effectively.
