Time for another garden update
I have not posted a garden update for a few weeks and frankly there has not been much to post about. There has been a drought going on where I live over the last couple of months. Whereas the season started off with an above average rainfall now we are behind by around 3 inches. With that being said here we go....
A couple of things I have been able to harvest. Zucchini and a tomato, German Pink. This is the first tomato of the season!

Ground cherries are producing some!

Have gotten just a couple of cabbages but I doubt the rest of these will do anything!

I firmly believe the my neighbor sprayed the fence and because of that the poison killed the zucchini and squash plants. Only one survived, will be blocking that fence with a metal wall next year!
Also can you see the bees in the flowers?

The mini bell pepper is trying...

And as I was leaving for work this morning this squirrel at the bottom of my tree was holding very still so I would not see him!

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh my! He's got a green thumb!
It's a bit more on the brown side this year! Thanks for the comment!

Sounds like we’ve been having the same type of weather! I think I'll plan on a garden/farm post for Sunday. How big are you going to let those peppers get? My peppers look about the same size, except, I’m quite certain they were meant to be regular sized. So I’m not sure when to pick them. Peppers just don’t do as well around here. Could be from the little rain though too.
I think those elephant peppers are not going to get any bigger, but I do hope I get a few mini bell peppers.
I'll keep my eye out for your garden/farm post!
