Good Tuesday with a toucan
I started my morning as usual: a big cup of coffee and a fast sketch. Ok, I started to sketch just after I drank the coffee, because I'm always a bit sleepy after I woke up ^_^
Today I decided to sketch a toucan, because when I think about Summer, toucan is one of the animal that I image for first, even if here in Italy there are not toucans.
It's really a simple and funny bird to draw, because his typical beak:
I try to image one of this bird in my backyard, but the only think that I can do is to paint one of them and place it in my garden (mmmm... maybe I'll do it!).

I agree with you. Sometimes I sketch more interesting things when I'm sleepy than I'm awake :D
I live in Venezuela and it is common to see toucans here. One of my neighbors has a toucan but I do not like to see such a beautiful bird caged. You make an excellent work.

I am not familiar with the toucan but it is a very lovely art piece. I have never heard of it in the USA.
