It’s not raining, so after checking a few things off the Silvertop to do list, and a very good crypto trading morning, I grabbed my backpack!☺️
Multiple layers of low hanging clouds over Abbotsford British Columbia! Something’s definitely brewing today in the weather!
It looks like the front has been delayed, so silvertop gets to enjoy a nice dry hike!
I stopped to take in the view at the cabin before climbing the high trail.
Not much is left of the ice on the pond. It’s hard to believe we were stranded for several days, with waist deep snow drifts on my solar panels!😮
I passed Joan going up the trail as I was going back down……
“Silvertop it looks like you get the good weather hiking part of the day!”
I mentioned to her that Liz just ordered and had delivered her new Columbia brand waterproof hooded raincoat.
She said ….”I am glad I ran into you, have Liz send me the link!”🤗
Living in the Northwest, I have gone through two raincoats, this is my third.
I learned that waterproof, doesn’t always mean “Northwest waterproof “Lol!🤣
Come summertime you need a shell that will breathe, letting moisture out, and still keep you dry! This Columbia brand jacket is the best, it gets five Silvertop stars! ⭐️
As I type this post, sitting in front of my nice warm wood stove I can hear rain hitting the glass skylight……
I guess Liz will get to try out that new raincoat!☺️
