Well today was looking gloomy, and the skies were getting darker, so Silvertop figured I better not wait for @elizabethbit, I better grab a @actifit hike!😇
The interesting thing about my FitBit is the heart beats per minute, built into this fitness tracker!
The third photo was my heart rate on today’s hike after I had climbed over 50 uphill floors .....83 bpm .
That’s why I hike the steep hills, to get a good cardio workout!❤️
The second to last photo is the gas powered saw mill of one of my neighbors, this is a very powerful bandsaw that he uses to create finished logs!
Just another interesting thing I see and pass by on my Mountain hike!😊
