Fake Silver on EBay- 1oz German Silver Proof🐍🛑

It's important to fight the fight against counterfeits, scams, and scum bag sellers. It may not reach the masses of the community but anything can make a difference!!

I was cruising through EBay today. (Odd I know 😉). I came across a 1oz German Silver Buffalo Bar. The listing was for 5 - 1oz silver bars. The seller made it a point to say this was a great collectible to add to any collection. The total price was just under the spot price of silver.

Now, I have seen these bars before and knew it was fake right away. The listing showed me he has sold 212 units. He has extensive feedback all for this one item number. All were positive! Meaning hardly any of the buyers know the true purity of the silver. This is the only item he is actively selling. I wanted to message the seller and see his response.

He clearly describes what German Silver is! Which is made up of everything but silver. He does not even come close to clarify that in his listing. Making it VERY misleading for any new collector/buyer. He is intentionally taking advantage of people. Which drives me up the wall!!

These sellers are the most dangerous. You can not file a valid report with Ebay because he is giving a very vague misleading description. So he has the argument that he is describing the bar. The buyers have not confirmed the bar's to be fake yet. Making his feedback nearly perfect with over 300 sales.

This is unfortunate and I will not stand for it. Which is why I am exposing him to as many people as possible. If a deal seems too good to be true it ususlly is. If the description is vague. Stand clear! Always do your homework. A simple search of German Silver shows it's contents...
