My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2019

Hi Steemians
Today started walking early and took two long walks during the work day to achieve my goal of 6000 steps. I was very happy to exceed my goal. It was a productive day and I hope to attain more then 8000 steps tomorrow. That may be overly ambitious, but achievement requires a visualized goal so I choose to aim high.
Keep moving and keep posting!
