Leadership is essential for the evolution and development of organizations below we have some types:

Paternalistic leadership

Paternalistic leadership is a type of leadership based on the influence that leading figures have on others. For example, a mentor. It would be the case of a footballer who is a veteran, laureate and captain of a team. This could exert paternalistic leadership over other younger players.

Charismatic leadership

The leader is favored by natural personal skills in which empathy, understanding and good treatment towards others abound. Qualities that, if supported by a decision-making position, become more relevant, since it achieves the respect of the group of people under its charge.

Natural leadership

They are leaders who have natural abilities to influence other people, due to their professional experience, as well as parenting traits.

Business Leadership

People who lead business processes achieving exceptional results and relationships, through a set of personal, social and technical skills.

Liberal leadership

Liberal leadership stands out as a mixture of many other types of leadership. It includes several styles at once, seeking integrity in decisions and participation, but also making a more inclusive work team.

Who exercises leadership is known as a leader and is characterized by being an honest person, with the ability to work with different people so that the members can express their opinions and ideas as well as try to stimulate others to express their own positions, they are usually people who think strategically and in the future. It should be noted that there are two types of leader which we can say is the natural leader; which is that person who is born with those qualities that characterize him so that the rest of the people can perceive these characteristics and decide to recognize his function as a leader and respect him as such. On the other hand we have the institutional leader who is the one who holds the position legitimately, these can cover different positions, whether political, spiritual, educators among others.
