It is Women’s Day!
Women's day is closer and this is indeed a day that gives women respect and make them feel special. Personally I consider being a lady a big blessing of Almighty creator of mine. The theme of women's day this year is Invest in women: Accelerate progress. and this can help people to be conscious about the rights of women and they can contribute in every sector of work where there men working and progressing.
Invest in women can be great as there are lots of work that women can do with patience and wisdom. Many people still think that women were born just to give birth child and take care of their house but women can contribute in every sector where there men are working. Women has power to bring positive changes in this earth and they are life maker as they make life of her children and family.
Many people believes that women are physically weak and they are mentally weak too. Women's body suffer from different kind of health issues and complications and that doesn't mean that they are weak. There are many people believe and make we women believe that we are weak but that's not true.
Our weakness and limitations are just in our mind and we need to change it and invest on women that they can contribute to build a better world. Women can drive, work in office, factories, can ride plane, ship and everything that men can but the all they need to have trust, courage and investment to prove themselves.
Every working sectors should be open for women and there are many more working opportunities that has seats for women. In the past girl child were ignored and the discrimination was very serious. In many Asian country parents gave priority to their male children over female children as they fed more foods to male children than the female children. Education was almost impossible for women in the past.
Many parents only prefer invest on their male children as they are physically strong and can take care of old parents when grow up. This was a misconception of those parent but day by day the world is developing and thinking of people is changing.
There are many social activists worked on women's right and gradually the sufferings of women is reducing. There are many government and private "invest in women" projects are open in this world. Women gets free books, scholarships, skill development training, medication facilities, working allocations and many more facilities for their empowerment.
Recently I had a hill station travelling experience with a group of women and their lifestyle is really very inspiring. The host of the travelling team was a nice lady and arrange everything perfectly. There are many working agencies that running and leading by women and they are proving that invest on women can bring more progress and success in this world. Developed countries believes in equality and they invest on men and women equally and that made them well developed and progressive.
Honestly, I also had discrimination experience in my childhood but with the time things are changing and we women are working for ensuring our freedom of life. Asian women before 80's suffered serious discrimination issues from society and family and many of them worked restlessly for women's right. They created history and became legend. Today's educated society knows that accelerating progress is only possible when the world will trust and invest in women. Women are mother and a educated mother can gives us a educated and well developed nation so invest in women is compulsory.

Not only many man think women are physically and mentally weak but also they believe that. The truth is women are extremely stron in both. When a woman gives birth to a child, she endures pain equivalent to breaking 206 bones. Women endure 57+ units of pain during childbirth while a man can endure 45 units of pain at once. So here is the conclusion of these silly words. Best of luck my friend.

I hope you are well. I explored the steem for ladies so I am posting your post here. I like this post because you have written a lot for women and you are also a believer. Keep writing, speak for their rights, they have a free thought in the society and full right to live like you, they should get their right, they should get everything.Just like you made a picture with your families, you made a picture with your friends, with families, with these women, you made teachers with them. Even if such girls come out of their homes and see how this world is, get up and see how those girls are having fun, meet them and live a good life in this society.We should make people understand this in our society that women are not less than anyone, they are equal like men and can work like them. If we can raise it, we should speak for the rights of women, protect them and give them the freedom to know themselves, their existence and do their jobs well. We should also speak for the rights that Most of the people in our community do not speak, they say that women sit at home and earn and women take care of expression etc. Women also have the right to go out and do their work etc. and with their friends in their life.
I was exploring steemit and I saw the community and I liked it very much and they all speak for women's rights and as women's day is going on we should do something for women too
