Week 03!
Greetings everyone!
This is my third report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users. My third week from April 25th to May 1st, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.
I worked as a curator in April and I curated with @steemcurator07 for one day between the April 25th to May 1st. Details of my curation day are given below:

Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.
I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.
We also got users accepting bot services in our community. Our community does not support users of any kind of bot service. I have warned users that this is against Steemit rules.

- This week a new contest - 📢📢 Contest : Teamwork vs. Individual Work (Which is better?), is organized on Steem4Professionals and Hopefully we will get some good entries.
I have been active in my duties this week as well. I have closely observed the activities of new users in various communities. I have provided regular online and offline guidelines to new users. I also monitored other users to see if they were working properly.
I have noticed that some users on the platform are currently generating comments by AI. I also checked the engagement comments from users last week. I received a few skeptical comments. The comment I identified as the AI commenter was quite suspicious and I checked with three tools with the same result. I also found out this user was also detected as a commenter by AI in other communities. After detection I guided him to stop himself from such activities. Link
I personally think this is a huge injustice. Because this type of activity in making engagements by dishonest means deprives other users of their fair rewards. I am committed to being more proactive in this regard in the future.
Also this week I saw other users making the same mistake over and over again. I inform them to correct any mistakes in their posts as soon as I see them. Also request them to contact me for any requirement. Also I added more to the suggestion:
Informed about the need to increase the Voting CSI and use our voting power.
Suggested to use appropriate post title and tags as per the post and asked to avoid using irrelevant tags.
Encouraged users to post quality.
I also serve as a moderator for three communities. As a moderator, I monitor each user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I'm most focused on new users especially. Also eager to help and support impartially all users of the platform.

I increased my steem power last week. But I want to say here, I have been maintaining Club100 since the beginning of the Steemit journey. So far i have no power down history and never cashed out. But I cashed out half of my sp this week. Because at the end of this year I am going to get married. So I need some extra money. So I cashed out half of my total SP and powered up half. Last week I had a total of 965 SP. I have cashed out 482 sp and 483 sp I have powered up.

I had a total of 08 posts last week. From here, for the fourth week, I have written the curation report.
Also I participated in 2 engagement challenges including 1 diary game & winnner-announcement of competitions & Power post.

I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
