I couldn't resist but to take this photo while waiting at a red light since my cousin just recently got fined for not wearing a helmet on a scooter, well actually it was his friend who didn't wear the helmet. I'm just being a good citizen for reporting!

(Just kidding I have better things to do than to report such things to the police)
