Seafood Asian Style part 2

The fruit of the sea are one of the most tasty types of foods to indulge in and I have become well acquainted with the ocean over the years. While I have travelled to various countries to sample seafood dishes, there is something I will always keep close to heart when chowing down on Chinese style seafood dishes.

The history of seafood in China is a lengthy one and dates back even before the first millennium. One of the most common records of fish in China would carp, this is often depicted on artistry and came from the many ponds across the land. Fish dishes taste amazing and are best sourced fresh. I will often take a trip in the early hours in the morning to get the freshest slices. One of my favourites comes in the form of fish slices in a spicy red sauce that will leave ones mouth numbing with pleasure.
