Fresh Crab Galore part 3
After years of cooking for myself, I am still discovering new ways to prepare and serve delicious dishes.
I opted for the freshly prepared crab that would be served with some local alcohol. Crab is one of my favourite dishes and there are many ways to have it. Whether its steamed, in a broth or even in a pastry, there is always an explosion of tasty ocean flavours waiting for me. This particular dish was very simple yet packed with juices that felt as if I was taking a dip in the deep blue. The crabs had been carefully prepared for steaming and the shell had been arranged for easy eating and beautiful presentation on my plate. They were large in size and had tremendous crab meat content. To wash it all down I enjoyed a bottle of locally sourced alcohol, Kanpai!
