A Little Sake part 1

Chinese culture has had its fair share of drinking culture embedded over time. As I got to dig a little into Japanese culture I was curious about the various drinking customs that were observed. Shortly after my tea experience I decided to look into the well known rice wine know and Japanese Sake.

For those unfamiliar with the drink, this is a Japanese rice wine that is created from the fermentation of rice. As opposed to traditional wine brewing, the curation process is very much similar to beers. It is worth noting that when one is exploring Japan, Sake denotes any type of alcoholic drinks and one can recognise the symbols on most liquors and other spirits.
