Dinakdakan ilokano foods
Dinakdakan foods is a appetizer dish originated by ilokano's.
What i requested to my father when i came home to ilocos is one of my best favorite food pork dishes dinakdakan. Why dinakdakan? For me it is a comfort food reminds me of chilhood memories because this is one of my father specialty. Every time when i go home he already knows what i liked to eat .
What made up of this dish are
- boiled and grilled pig parts
- liver
- ears
- tomato
- red onion
- ginger powder
- white or cane vinegar
- salt and pepper
Otional is when you liked to add some mayonnaise and chili must be better when you chili to make your dish spicy.
