So, I don't know if y'all saw this, but SBD went from like -$1 to $5.59 today.

WOAH!

This is cool!

Granted, I wish this was steem, because that is more of my long-term holding, but this sort of run is MASSIVE for SBD.

Whenever Tether has problems, SBD gets bumped into space.

This is one of those times, and while it's nice to see my meager holdings (once much loftier -- thanks a lot, education!) grow, I do not expect this to last long.

But also -- I'm not intending to sell any of my crypto anytime soon -- so long as I can help it.

HI, do you know why is steem so low compare to SBD? i dont understand this....maybe you can explain...THX

I think it has something to do with Tether, which is a fiat-pegged crypto token like SBD. When problems happen with Tether, people who use a fiat-pegged token for exchanges come flooding to SBD, the second-biggest dollar-pegged token. As people buy it up, supply reduces, which increases prices.

If it's not that then I'm not really sure. SBD has been worth more that Steem in the past, but Steem has also been worth way more than SBD as well.

It's just the world of crypto, my dude lol
