My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2020
Stella T. Dog and I got another walk in today. This time, my wife went with us as well. She was off of work today, which was nice. Normally, I get home around 3 pm and she doesn’t get home until more like 7:30 pm. That’s only a couple of hours before I need to go to bed if I want to get enough sleep. I’d have to go to bed around 8:45 pm to get 8 hours of sleep, and that’s if I fall asleep immediately and stay asleep all night. Luckily, I do usually fall asleep pretty quickly and stay asleep all night.
There were tons of other people out today. There have been more every day. I think one positive thing about everyone being stuck at home is that they appreciate little things like a walk around the neighborhood more.
Social Distancing is the best option. Nice actifit score and Keep on Actifitting.
