Much Love from Pagosa Springs!
Finally, Some Time to Work?
Holy Jesus! You wouldn't believe how hard it is to beg for money outside of a Walmart or similar establishment, especially when a town is "jury-rigged" to force you to spend most of that time just walking to the god damned thing. After about 6 hours of grueling effort, most of which consisted of an uphill climb, I did manage to make close to $60 panhandling the stop sign outside of the City Market, which is a billion times better than any Walmart.
This put my mind at ease enough, that when I returned to the camping end of town, I had some daylight left to get this piece started. Yep, it is another heart!

Pagosa Springs
Aside from the wonky layout, Pagosa Springs is a fine town with good-hearted locals. A woman drove by me as I walked and just handed me $20 for no real reason, other than my presence must of screamed, "I am poor, goddammit, feed me some damn lettuce!"
I am tempted to stay here but, the setup isn't really good for selling art. Today I intend to feel out the situation and maybe get in a game of disc golf, since I have found the first course on this trip that is easily accessible?
Hmmmm, do art, or disc golf? I am homeless, so, how about both?
