More About Mother/Daughter Motifs...
Here We Go Again
Previously, I have shown you some of my portraits that are drawn in Prismacolor. The good news is that I can do them on canvas too with acrylic paint and cheap oil pastels.
This is a portrait of a friend of mine and her daughter. Yup, another mother/daughter motif. That motif really is my favorite thing to do, especially when your intention is to "Acidify" it by 80% or so.
Here is a close-up of the acidic "squigglers" in the upper right corner, just because it looks cool all on it's own.
Addendum?
This piece did sell but I was never paid. I could really use that money right now...
Much love!

PS: New art coming soon! I am preparing for the Glenwood Springs Oktoberfest, um, even though it is September? Hmmm.... but yeah, expect a new drawing on here in a day or two.

You have a minor grammatical mistake in the following sentence:
It should be its own instead of it's own.Thank you...... @grammarnazi. Is it cool if I deliberately summon you from time to time?
