I Call It, "Sunday Depression"
Fierce Depression
Sigh... yesterday was a tribulation to be sure. I set up in my usual spot which was too windy to display my work or do tarot readings. I had to go to a more out of the way spot to be out of the wind which caused me to be out of sight to most patrons. Even the ones who did see me didn't help, they emptied their wallet to the harem of useless slugs who vegetate on the park bench.
Pay no mind that I had already put up a Rideshare ad to get a ride into Colorado Springs to work for my Uncle for two days with no available wifi for calls or texts. Well, there was wifi, but my phone wouldn't send out, so I had to constantly pack up my display, walk halfway through town just to be able to communicate with potential rides, all of which fell through.
Because of this depressing situation and being nearly broke, again, I hardly worked on this piece. The wind was making it all difficult anyway. Maybe it wasn't meant to be?
Calm Before the Storm
I did do this one Tarot Reading for myself which actually spells out a pretty good week for me. The card in the center is the card that represents the overall theme of the week to come, which is the King of Pentacles card. This means in the coming week I will be mastering my own finances to secure my future.
Many of the other cards are positive money related cards, so money is definitely going to come, just not from Art and Tarot, it seems. This artist has to "get a haircut and get a real job" for a minute or two. I am interested in The Devil card for sure, that is the day that I am supposed to leave my temporary home and surely I will be overwhelmed with choices and temptations.
Being away from those bums will be the most positive change. It is disgusting that they make all of this free $$$ and can't even keep their "areas" clean. I pick up their trash for them. I have received little Karma for this. It is ok, life continues on for this "starving" artist. (Jimmy John's gave me free bread last night, so I am fine)
