At Least I am Not Buried in Snow
This past week here in Glenwood Springs, CO has been kind to this homeless, nomadic artist. The weather has been stably warm and the other transients I encounter are more helpful than the ones who sucked the $$$ out of me in Steamboat. Plus, it hasn't snowed yet. Shit, it hasn't even rained really. So much for that free shower.
What Happened Yesterday
Honestly, I have no effing idea what happened yesterday. All I know is that I was forced off of my usual morning online work, so I set up in my "dead store front for rent" and finished this drawing...
My original intention after finishing this drawing was to make a little $$$ with Tarot for some supplies to head out to the free hot spring and relax this battered ol' body. My ride, however, wasn't going out there until late at night and my Tarot readings kept telling me something. They kept telling me to wait with the constant appearance of the 8 of Swords. Against my will, I waited...
Always Listen to your Tarot
My wait was rewarded when a transient came up to me, saw my art, then revealed to me that he had a very special art supply that I was going to need at the hot spring. A very special piece of paper. Now I felt more comfortable about waiting until the next day to visit the hot spring. This is going to be the greatest day. Maybe I will try a video up there if my phone isn't dead again?
