Geothermal Activity in Rotorua

Geothermal activity is high in Rotorua. Many houses used to be heated entirely by the city's hot springs. It smells a bit like hard boiled eggs because of all the sulfur in the air, but you get used to it. Besides, the sights are spectacular.
