Is Steemit broken?

I have had the following symptoms for about two weeks when using Steemit and have heard other users experience the same things:

Upvotes complete and then disappear
Comments complete and then disappear
Postings complete and then disappear
Long delays in opening my list of posts
Long delays in opening wallet

Any insights Steemit community? Is this a scaling issue? Is it still the DDOS attack?
