My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2020
Rainy day. Sitting my office
It rained most of the day until about 4pm. After cleaning up work and things I needed to help my wife with, she made sure I had time to go on a run.
It was good to get out and move around after sitting around all day. I probably only had a few thousand steps prior to getting out for the Run.
The run
I ran a new route this time. This is when my wife has been running in the morning and she mentioned that she liked it better than the route that I was running pretty silly. A couple of the pros are that you're never more than about a mile from the house so if a storm comes up or you're not sure how long you can make it that you aren't stranded two or three miles away from the house in any particular time. There's also Less Hills or the hills that there are are smaller and not those long grinding Hills I really wear you down.
Shockingly I ran four miles again, five years ago I would only run 3.5 miles or less but now that I run for I can't seem to run anything less. I'm not sure I'll increase it but then again I never thought I'd be running 4 miles either.
