[Process] - My Daily Breakfast Routine
Daily routines are king.
All in the preparation and the desire for adjustment.
My daily breakfasts will have the following components:
Breakfast Smoothie
➡️ 10ml Probiotics
➡️ 30ml Bone broth
➡️ Green shot (fresh dark green leafy)
➡️ Boron
➡️ Collagen and Collagen gelatine
➡️ Probiotic protein powder
➡️ 1/2 Banana
➡️ C60
➡️ Filtered negatively charged water (crucial)
➡️ Almond Milk
➡️ Various other supplements
➡️ Apple cider vinegar gypsy mix
Extra components (not orally consumed)
➡️ Magnesium oil via skin
➡️ Organic sulphur and colloidal gold via skin
PS - 1 Tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt per day somewhere in the eating routine is ideal.
Sure beats a bowl of cereal with Glyphosate and minimal nutrient value.
No breads and unnecessary carbohydrates.
What does your breakfast routine look like?
This week I will also be looking into Himalayan Pink Salt lamps and finding other ways to create more negative ions in my environment.

I Love a good breaky, yogurt and muesli drenched in good quality honey. yum :)
I love cereal with almond milk for breakfast but will be following your lead and starting the day with a smoothie. I'm loving this new probiotic plant based protein powder I have found. Making changes slowly and hope to start feeling more energetic soon :)
@sebastianjago A Good Breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day :)
For Me Coffe is always in my breakfast ^_^
Coffee is a stimulant. Also acidic. Yes it can give you a kick however I would not call it breakfast nor will it provide much cellular support. :) I enjoy a morning coffee I admit however the above is my main focus.
yeah especially i go to the gym Coffee alone will not help
as they say Take care of your body it's the only place you have to live in :)
Most people do not care about what They eat ^_^
Oh, mine isn't as fancy)) I either make a smoothie of one banana, one apple, greens from my garden( carrot or beet tops, celery, dandelion etc.) , lemon, bee pollen and some vegetable protein. Sometimes use pineapple. Or I eat a mix of low fat cottage cheese with garlic, herbs and flax seed oil, all mixed in a blender. Plus a grapefruit. And I love raw cacao!)) Use goat milk to make it.
Still you have all the good things there. I have worked out that these things I have are optimum for good health (cellular health) and hence why I am having it in the morning to kick things off. The negatively charged filtered water I would say is the first priority.
Yeah, you are not the first person who mentions the benefits of negatively charged filtered water to me. I should look into this, thank you!
Do it :) and like I said make it a priority. Life is water. We are 70% water and so are our cells. If the water is bad imagine what that does to our cells and our life force. Negative ions, minerals and pollution free 100% with no exceptions. 70+ natural minerals also needs to included (Himalayan pink salt x 1 tsp per day).
Yes, routines ARE King! I'd love to know how you choose what goes into your smoothie and why, as well as the extra components.
I am studying cellular health and have been working closely with a series of people who are experts in their field focusing on water, electromagnetics, syntropy and cellular health. With their advice and from experience I have devised this smoothie as a base model. Everyone has their own specific needs. I also had a cellular test done at www.phion.com.au which highlighted some areas of biological health that I could enhance. I think once you look into most of these things you will see why I do it. :) All worth it in the end.
Man @sebastianjago
I wish I had your drive and expertise in fitness and health...I will just take the banana a la carte!
Lol
It does not take much mate. Just a desire to implement it into what you do each day. Mindfulness. Like tying your shoe laces, brushing your teeth or having a daily shower. Knowing its importance. Health and fitness is part of life and is just a behaviour trend in the end. Just a matter of priorities and the best thing to do is find people you enjoy to do these things with. Community and education is everything. :)
You are ABSOLUTELY right!
Getting your family and loved ones involved WILL make it more possible to implement like you said into what I do each day.
Thanks MATE!
:)
Keep STEEM N ON,
Frank
Get on it mate! :)
Wow, your breakfast sounds a bit like a science :D But I believe it pays off as they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day :) I know I do it wrong but I usually have a sweet breakfast (sugary cereals or sometimes even doughnuts :D) with milk. But I make up for that with the lunch - I usually have a healthy but hearty lunch ;)
It is a science. A science of synchronisation. Doughnuts with milk!!! Now I have heard it all. Probably not the best breakfast choice. :) Sugar is really a major issue and when we compound it with unnecessary carbohydrates it becomes a double whammy.
Wow love your breakfast routine. I live a ketogenics lifestyle so also have a healthy smoothie to start the day but never thought to incorporate a lot of those benefits extras. I have most of them at home but they are in my cupboard not doing me any good there. Thank for the nudge to get healthier. Thanks for post @sebastianjago....appreciated.
I love healthy breakfast, too. Here in Mexico its easy to do it. Everything is fresh and nice smelling good. So I love for my breakfast fresh fruits with oat flakes, lime juice and chia seeds or smooties :)))
Have a nice day and smile :)) @sebastianjago
That breakfast sounds great. Real food is always the best option. Chia and seeded lime juice are on my essential better food list. Keep that up!
Can you share your meal is delcieux
I like your breakfast is healthier and integrated
