Zaryadye's Floating Bridge in Moscow

in #travel9 years ago (edited)

Moscow's newest park rubs shoulders with the Kremlin walls and is far from boring as the landscape features a series of pathways divided into four artificial microclimates of forest, steppe, tundra, and floodplains. It provides a thrilling experience of making your way through the various Russian landscapes. Zaryadye also features an Arctic glacier, two concert halls and a year-round amphitheatre, but the most popular attraction in the park is the floating bridge which dramatically juts out over the Moscow River. I took this photo from the floating bridge and it features one of seven Stalinist buildings, Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya.

That is not the Kremlin. Looks like one of Stalin's seven sisters.

Yes, Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya :)
