Weekly report as steem representative- 26th November 2023

Greetings everyone,

Let me proceed with the responsibilities;
I concluded these seven days including the 20th to the 26th of November, I had two shifts of curation.

As I always follow by visiting various countries and content;
I never focus on a few particular accounts and countries. I am going to convey my last curation details to comprehend;
How do I operate on my responsibility and follow the same each time?

I thought that is essential to highlight because often it has been noticed after obeying all the criteria;
a few curators visited my community.

A few of them do not want to come out of their comfort zone and try to read the posts in other languages.
If the challenge runs in some communities,
then it could be tangible that those communities' support ratios will be high because of the high volume of active users.

But what if it could be found that after following the criteria;

When there is no shortage of active users and maintaining the decorum!

It is also weird and automatically raises the questions,

• Are we delivering our honest effort to every user?
• Are we scrutinizing beyond our comfort zone?
• Are we adequately performing our responsibilities?

For that reason I am demonstrating;

That regulation I follow each time I am nominated. Now it's time to think about this matter.

• Another thing I want to mention in this report is in yesterday's tutorial class ;
  I decided now that my community will verify users in our self-procedure, and I also shared the verification process with all the present users. We will not redirect them anywhere.

• From December we will start a new project and for that, I need to pass some steem from my account. Hence, I am now following club5050 and increasing the community wallet.
  So that those who are demotivated after obeying the criteria of the platform;
  can stay here, and we support them with our power.

I am at least not here to focus on a few particular accounts, countries;
I always keep myself clean in front of the almighty;
and in the future, I will pursue the same.

However, now, let me share the job that I executed from 20th November to 26th November; I shared seven posts(including this report)this week.

Now, let me intercommunicate about the curation and remarks I did this week.

Other Activities:-

• During two shifts of curation days(steemcurator06);
  I curated 60 posts and 12 comments.

• Published weekly Booming report on time from the community account..

• Indulged weekly curation report on time from the community account.

• Arranged tutorial class and educated users about how to get the member tag from our community;
  and which criteria they have to follow. Besides that, I also cited the above about achievement. The new initiative I have taken will start in December.

• This week, I also arranged a hangout;
  and had some fun with members after a long time.

That was all about what I did the last seven days.

I would condone pledging that besides serving the platform with my best drudgery.
I will also maintain the decorum and follow each regulation;
set by the steemit team.
