Yes, the humans somehow miss all the cues about the vampires. But when they realise what's going on, their memory get altered so I can't really blame them for being oblivious.

aaaaaaaaaah i really miss noblesse sometimes ; __ ; it was so much fun, specially at the beginning :D
love this one a lot, scrawls. i really like how you captured the perspective and the cityscape <3 background is such difficult things to do and if i can help it, i always avoid city scapes XD they are a painnnnnnnnn
the colours are really lovely ... you get a feeling of a night time immediately with these muted blues and i love the calmness of the city behind regis ... it's as if he's happy being able to protect the peace of the place he has come to love * ___ *
and the subtle gradation is nicely done, also <3 lovely work ! <3 <3 <3
Oh yeah, I would avoid cityscapes if at all possible. But sometimes my mind is dumb and the idea that it concocts make me draw something unfamiliar and difficult. I guess the more difficult, the more I learn? I hope so lol.
I would like to give the buildings more definition, maybe later when I decide to colour it one day.

And the vampires in this universe, they are peaceful creatures. They never harm human kind and instead acting like their protector against other supernatural creatures. It is rather unusual, but quite an interesting take.
the design of the character is adorable
And more than a scribble is a very complete drawing, especially the urban perspective of buildings. Very good work @scrawly
When I started this picture, I didn't expect that it would take this much work to finish it. But I'm glad that I'm able to do something different so I hope I also learn something new :).
I like his hair, pretty vampire-esque so the humans must not be too observant :)
I love the composition of this and the clean sharp graphic quality, well done @scrawly.
