Anticipation

A few weeks before I left for Australia I was shooting some stormy weather a local spot where everyone goes to watch the waves crash into the beach. As I was trying how to keep the sea spray from coating my leans I noticed a lady walking her dog.

The dog was so happy to be outside in the wind and rain. Bouncing around and jumping up to look over the sea wall. I think it was happier than I was to be there. So I snapped a quick shot and after going back through my images the expression on the dogs face and the moment really stuck with me.

Being in the moment and loving every minute of it is one of the best feeling ever. The dog wanted so bad to be off leash and once it happened it run up and down the beach. So much fun to watch.
