Colors cut across the sky,
light bends around the clouds,
dewy grass beneath my feet,
the smell of dirt and rain surrounds.
Endless open expansive sky
lifts me up
until my heart breaks into a thousand pieces
exploding in a vibrant streak
shooting across space
sparkling down on me
rooted here in this fresh earth
gobsmacked watching light of love
crown the sky in rainbows
