One of the countless great things about living at the @gardenofeden is the opportunity to eat a fresh, living, nutritionally dense salad(s) every single day!

We get an abundance of greens, veggies, and fruit from this fertile land, and feasting on salads is a great blessing. It's so fun to eat a rainbow!! The food tastes great because it is beyond organic - grown and harvested with the very energy of our own lives and alchemized into nutrients for our strong bodies by this living Earth.

We can make a super custom, unique salad every single day because every spread is a little bit different! Today's Über Dank Salad bar featured garden fresh cultivated and wildcrafted greens, chives, dried cranberries, fresh strawberries, raw almonds, herbs, sliced carrots, cheddar cheese cubes, and a delicious tomato mozzarella salad with lots of garlic, herbs, and olive oil.
