Loaded Chaffles

These cheese and egg waffles are my new favorite food! The are super easy to make - all you do is beat some eggs, mix in some cheese, and cook it in the waffle iron.

Then you pop them out and top them with any kind of dankness you want!

I topped these babies with a delicious chimichurri with garden fresh tomatoes and chorizo with creamy guacamole. They were wonderful!
