Fig Harvest!!!

The figs are ripe in the @gardenofeden!!!!

This one of the most wonderful times of the year! There are FOUR fig trees on the property, each dripping with plump, juicy figs!!!





I took the biggest bowl we have to harvest just one tree.

This beautiful tree is bursting with fruit!!!





The figs are so abundant, so fertile, so romantic!





I picked all the ripe figs I could see. They turn a lovely purple and start to droop every so slightly on their stalks.





The most perfect figs will fall off in the hand with the gentlest touch.





I almost filled the entire bowl, pounds and pounds and pounds of delicious, healthy, fragrant figs off of just one tree!!!
