This is the summary of the participation of Venezuelan women during the second week of November (November 08 to 14), of this year in the Steem Women's Club community in which I am moderator since a few months ago.

Before I continue, I want to thank all the women who are still active in the community, thank you very much, without your support none of this would be possible. Also, I want to congratulate and thank those women who have decided to contribute their grain of sand for the construction of a good community account through the delegations. • You must have 2 active posts each week, women with one (1) active post that were not selected, you already know the reason.

Due to the new initiatives of the "club5050" I have momentarily suspended the awarding of prizes for the most active women of the week and month, prizes such as "Steem liquids and personalized T-shirts". Since with this club5050 initiative we are all invited to invest in our growth and build positively with the Steem economy, so the less sales or withdrawals, the better.

Once again, I want to invite all the women in my country who are watching this to be encouraged to participate in the community, since, we still have the support of booming to support the best publications of the day and the best thing is that we do not select the same woman 2 times a week so that everyone has a chance. The more entries we have, the more chances we have to be supported.

For women active in the community:

• If we publish without adding % of beneficiaries, we will not be contributing to the growth of the community where we want to make life. And we will have less possibilities.

• If we publish with the beneficiary at 15% to the official account @steemwomensclub there are more chances to receive support from the community account and to be among the best publications of the day.

• If we make Power UP of the 50% liquid rewards obtained, and we properly use the hashtag #club5050 "complying with the rules" we have more chances to receive support.
