Flowerpot - Crocheting

For the whole weekend I was suffering from flu. What I mostly did was sleeping. Rain acted as a catalyst. 😅 But actually it was the root cause for my sickness. Continuous raining and coldness come together with rain. I had many work to complete but I did only sleeping and crocheting.

I told you that I recently joined to a crochet class. Actually, it is an Amigurumi class. Amigurumi is a Japanese word for making small stuffed toy type items using crocheting. I always wanted to learn crocheting. I tried my own sometimes. But they failed in different ways. It happens when we do it without proper understanding.

Here in this class, we crocheted a bunny first. I shared it with you recently. Then during the weekend, I could finish another one. It was a flowerpot. Main problem was I had not enough colors. Need to order few soon. Otherwise, my creations will be no color matching. I found pages that sell wools. I am going to order from one of them.

I got feedback for bunny, there were some parts inside out. So, I tried to correct it from my second one: flowerpot. But guess what happened. There were some parts with right way but here I have made total inside out. But I still feel like it is somehow beautiful.

There is a phrase in Sinhala : "පෙරලුන පිට හොඳයි ". I thought the same here. But I should correct this within next one. Let's see, let's see. Something good will be happened with the next try.
