Cashew chicken is a battle tested crowd pleaser as well as a tried and true dish. I oftentimes love a good, tasty helping of cashew chicken any chance I get and the Thais really know how to cook it better than anyone. Donโt forget to add some rice and your favorite beverage and be sure to thank me later. ๐
