Take Exercise

Take regular exercise to keep a fresh mind and a healthy body. Daily walking few time helps you a lot, it work amazingly into your body. During running or walking your body sweat and your body free from poison and germs on your body. Exercise keeps your body healthy and mentally strong. So I definitely said you can walk on the regular basis of life.

Mediation

Another way of mediation it can keep totally relax during staying some time for peace of mind. For a depressed person, mediation is easy to do. Whenever you feel depressed stay away from anything and live some time in that place where you feel peaceful. Stay some time there and keep body feel relaxed.

Eat healthily
