ⒶⒷⓇⒶⒽⒶⓂ - Your emotions are always about your relationship with your own desire, and nothing else
Your emotion, your indicator of vibration, is indicating the ratio between your currently focused desire and any other belief or thought that you hold about same. When you feel negative emotion, anger about something, or fear… the name of the emotion does not matter, it always means that there is a desire within you that, in this moment, you are contradicting with some other thought. Your emotions are always about your relationship with your own desire, and nothing else.
And it’s time for you to just begin relaxing about it, and not make it a personal issue of your own valor, or your own value, or your own integrity. In other words, it’s just, how many times have I thought this thought?

Here is a phrase that I found in Spanish right now and commented here. Looking for what is true is not looking for what is desirable. Although truth is something desirable, not everything that is desirable is true.
When there is a contradiction in us, said Plato, it is because two parts of us are looking for different things, like when reason and emotion get into a fight. And as emotion is spoken of, the contradiction is between feeling ("positive emotions") and sensation ("negative emotions"), because when the first is ignored, is sought for the second that what is not achieved. In the same way, when reason is ignored, the object of reason is sought through emotion. Big mistake.
But we agree, I just add a pedantic comment so that foolish people like me can understand what you post. Regards!
