Your Habits Determine Your Future

Habits play a very important role in the life of an individual. As a matter of fact, the outcome of one's ife is largely dependent on what the person does often. This is why it has been said over and again that the habit of an individual has great influence in his life.

Your character is a direct function of the habits you have chosen for yourself. Trust me, someone's beauty and nice shape may attract people to them but it takes their character for the people to be sustained around them.

Some people might be beclouded by the thoughts of "someone should love you as you are". But trust me, no one loves a crooked character - so it is your absolute prerogative to work on your character yourself.

Your outward beauty is good but much more important is your inner beauty - which is your character and your attitude (and they are products of your habits).

The same time it takes to form a bad habit is the same time it takes to form a good habit, but why it looks like the bad habit is easier to form is because some people have laid less emphasis on the goodness in them and are pursuing after shallow desires. Forming a good habit always requires maximum discipline and determination.

The people that have emerged as trail blazers in their respective fields did do, not because they had set goals, but because they were determined to constantly pursue after their goals and they made it their habits.

What you do continually determines how your future will look like. If you want a positive future, you should tilt towards positive actions. You cannot keep doing the negative things, forming negative habits, and expect to see a positive future.

One thing is very certain; the kind of harvest you have is dependent on the kind of seed you sowed. In the same way, if you act towards positivity, you will have positive result, but if you tilt towards negativity, then do not expect positive result - it is now left for you to decide which side of the action to tilt to.
