Utopian Indiegogo Campaign - To Support Utopian Colony

Utopian has been a project dedicated to rewarding open-source contributions, and has been in operation within the steem blockchain for over 1year. Now, it is time to move even further, and a new paradigm is about to be heralded; Utopian Colony it is. This will be a platform where project owners, users, and everyone will earn rewards for their contribution to open-source projects.
