Poor boy- My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2019
Hello dear ones, I hope your Sunday has been pleasant.
Today I went out for a walk outside the city, as usual this way is very much used by cyclists and I found several of them doing their sports routine. Some in their professional outfits and others just riding their bikes in a recreational way.
I climbed the mountain next to the road, to take some pictures, I could see this girl in a white t-shirt, in a moment I had the impression that she could fall! her bike to an undulating movement and descended quickly. I was relieved when I saw that she managed to stabilize her bike.
This cyclist was coming up and at a slower pace, in his beetle posture I could observe the effort of his legs.
Later on I found on the road a poor toad crushed by a vehicle, he was desiccated by the sun... poor boy.
This reminded me not to get out of line while walking.
