The Bridge -My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2019

Happy Saturday dear virtual friends.

Today I fulfilled my desire to return to a place that I love.
This landscape attracts me so much, the suspension bridge and its old boards have their magic and always seduce my camera. I made several photos that I will edit later.

Crossing it seems to be a great challenge, the boards are so old, some move when you step on it, it has rained so much for months, the waving movement as I pass does not like me. However, I have lost my fear.

When I was about to cross it, on the other side came an old farmer, I waited for him to arrive, to avoid the waving movement. When he arrived, he greeted me and with that security given by the experience of the years, he told me smiling that this bridge was not going to fall.

I didn't want to cross with the dogs, because they can destabilize my posture, so my husband went with them, once they got to the other side, I crossed the bridge with safe steps. I knew I was not going to fall, my featherweight was not a challenge for the bridge.

On the other side of the bridge there is a great extension of green area and a mountain.

There we ran like children, my dogs were so happy when I removed the tie, they ran behind me, then they came forward and returned again.

I sweat, my skin turned red, but I still didn't feel tired, it's the effect of being in touch with nature. After running we climbed the mountain. Always be careful that my dogs do not deviate from the road to the river.

When I descended the mountain, my dogs came forward and stopped at one point, there was cows dung, they managed to eat that, I panicked. Now I fear they get sick.

We go down to the river, to clean his mouth. It's the only concern, otherwise it was all so great.

I thought running agitated me too much, but I felt very good.

On the way home, a rainbow greeted us on the road, although my phone can't catch him this time.

A refreshing swim when I get home, including my dogs, then calm the hunger hahaha

Arepa made with yellow corn with a Fred egg on top covered with cheese. A lot of fat, but this is occasional.
