Hello! Friends,

Why is the mass adoption of crypto is so difficult despite the benefit attached to it? Following my little research I found out that about 26 million people adopt cryptocurrency at the moment, though my calculation may not be precise but the number is low and this gave me some concern with all these social media lock up with blockchain technology rewarding people and yet people are not interested in crypto adoption. Is there any issue or problem chasing people anyway? Maybe the early adopters are not doing their work of spreading the news to the world? or maybe some of the things I am thinking are the root cause of low adoption of cryptocurrency?

Let me submit what I think is causing very low adoption as cryptocurrency is concerned.

• Lack of Clarity In Regulation

Looking at crypto as an investor, there should be policy or rules that govern an investment scheme. The rules enforce on investment must be clear to the investors, but some projects that are crypto-based lack the criteria and even some that follow the rule at the begin, start to go against the policy after enjoying the breeze around the project.
It is very possible for some projects to receive massive adoption just because the policy that binds the project is clear and the team around the project follow the rule duly. Transparency is the key to massive adoption in crypto space.

• Volatility Of Price

The instability difficulty to determine the worth of cryptocurrency is one of the major problems I think about. The price will always fluctuate and it takes those already in the business to understand the flow. From the understanding I have with some friends, many wants short-term gains on their investment and rushing into crypto space with this mind may lead to loss of capital. The short-term gain mind is really affecting the growth of crypto and this is contributing to the lack of adoption of the crypto as far as I am concerned. A project that a team invested in with the mind to gain some investors and make the business stable for more users but the first adopters rob the system and drop the price of the asset. When our mentality towards investment change massive adoption is a sure thing.

• Its Too Complex

Can illiterate understand the crypto world? Wait a minute, is there anything call illiterate? Well, I have not encountered any, my belief is, give information, direct/guide, and you eradicate illiteracy. I admit blockchain technology is difficult to understand but there is nothing too difficult with no solution. Many are looking for an easy way to make money but some sighted crypto and its technology too difficult to understand but they understand that there is huge benefit attached to it. The first place to start is to lead as many we can to the understanding of how things work. It may be difficult to understand but the more we talk about it, the more we win many to this space.
On the other hand, I feel crypto technology needs to find an easy way to communicate the system to those that have the interest but unable to understand the present work principle.
