Esta es mi participación en el concurso de haikus que promueve @bananafish. En su edición 25, se admiten poemas escritos en inglés o que incluyan una traducción a dicho idioma. Se trata de pensar, leer, compartir, escribir y disfrutar. ¡Anímate a participar!

This is my entry into the haikus contest promoted by @bananafish. In its 25th edition, poems written in English or including a translation into that language are accepted. It's all about thinking, reading, sharing, writing, and enjoying. Come on and participate!

Se dice que la humanidad está destruyendo el planeta a una velocidad de aceleración exponencial. O quizá seamos piojos a la espera de un buen champú.

Humanity is said to be destroying the planet at an exponential rate of acceleration. Or maybe we are lice waiting for a good shampoo.
