Brilliant Green Hummingbird
I was super lucky to catch some shots of this hummingbird who is a regular visitor to my garden. It is only once in a blue moon I get close enough, he really keeps moving and makes photography super tricky!
These were taken using my Canon PowerShot SX60 HS

wonderful catch! i'm curious as to what he was after so low to the ground? usually i see hummingbirds in flowering trees or occasionally flowers . absolutely lovely!
He/ she flies around many different plants, sometimes I think just looking for raindrops. A lot of plants catch falling rain in one part or another and I see this darling creature in all parts, high and low. Sometimes in flowers but often just foliage too.
