大好きな料理♡Favorite cuisine

前回ロシアに訪れた時に友達が作ってくれて、
ムチャバリうまかったので大絶賛したところ…
なんと、友達が彼女に言って作ってくれていました。泣

こっちのズッキーニは巨大、
日本で売っている5〜10本の大きさくらいあってデカさに驚く！

ズッキーニを輪切りにし、おそらく…小麦粉をまぶし、
油を引いたフライパンで両面をこんがり焼く。
仕上げに、細かくみじん切りにしたニンニクと酢を混ぜ絡める！！
スーパーイージー！！！！！！！！！

この山盛りのズッキーニを半分以上平らげる…
いやっ…追加で盛り付けてくれて1皿食べたかも…
エンドレスに食べれます。それくらい好き。

でもズッキーニの量がたりない。
茄子とかで作ってみたら美味しいかな〜！？

お酢も日本とはちょっと違うっぽいし…
でも、日本に帰ったらちょっと作ってみます。
