Australia won the tri-series cup
Australia beat New Zealand by 19 runs in the rain-interrupted final, won the tri-series T-20 series. As well as winning the title, this is the first time in the short version that has taken possession of the top spot of the racking.
Winning the toss in Auckland's Eden Park match, batting was not able to score 150 runs in 9 overs in the 20 overs set. The Kiwis, who have scored 243 runs in the previous match, have lost to the Aussie bowlers today. Ross Taylor remained unbeaten on top of the team with 43 runs. Australia spinner Aston Agar has taken a career-best 3 for 27 in a short version.
After winning the toss, Australia were bowled out for 121 in 14.4 overs, after scoring 121 runs. Afterwards, the game was not played in the field and eventually, by the Duckworth-Lewis method, they won by 19 runs. D. Irchi was out in the top 50 for the team. Opener David Warner, 25
The team, led by David Warner, won the series unbeaten after winning the match. That means Australia won all five matches against New Zealand and England. They also took possession of the top places by Pakistan. In addition, in the year 2011, Australia started topping the list for the first time since the start of the ranking system. BSS.
